Life skills

We were lucky enough to have Nigel revisit us and teach us some more life skills.

We were practicing self control, remembering that we can't control what other people do but we can control what we do and how we react to it.

  1. Hey there Gilberthorpes, my name is Parwin and I am from Yaldhurst Model School. I really like your post because it has photos which made me want to look at that post first. I remember when Someone from St John's came and teaches us how to be safe. Maybe next time you could add a bit more text like your emotions and some examples but you till did an awesome job!

Looking forward to your next posts,
    Parwin

    1. Thank you Parwin for your comment. There might be some more detailed posts on some of our individual blogs. You can find those on the tab at the top of this page. Nigel does a fantastic job teaching us to use our breathing to calm down and think more clearly.

    1. Hi Chloe, the great ting about life-skills is that it teaches us how to calm down, using our breathing. It all comes down to our breathing. We had a great time doin this with Nigel.
